High School Diploma from Nevada High School in Nevada, Iowa. Graduated with a 3.4 in 2013. Attending Iowa State University in the fall of 2013 for a Major in History.
Experience
ACT composite score of 27, with highest scores in English (Reading and Writing sections). During high school I also took two AP courses and multiple honors classes, as well as three college courses. One of which was a Teacher Academy offered through DMACC so I do have a fairly good understanding of basic education practices/ideas. I've never done any tutoring before, but I would like to gain some experience. After leaving college, I plan to become a high school teacher so I would be honored to have the chance to get some experience in teaching students, even one on one, at this age.
